Simple To Fantastic
When my husband & I met, we were two very poor college students with big dreams. Our first Christmas together, we charged a food basket as our present! Our big dream then was to own a 2 story colonial & be able to afford children. Vacation seemed like such a luxury that we could only imagine, someday, a trip to Paris. After years of hard work & sacrifice, our dreams of traveling& being together at wonderful destinations began to happen! Our love for each other is based on a lot of hard work & perserverence. On our 25th wedding anniversary, my husband made that long ago dream of going to Paris a reality. We had dinner on a yacht on the Seine river. We saw all the museums & ate at some of the best places. Our love of travel continues today. We vacation on the Island of Kauai for 1 week a year, have been to Fiji & stayed on the tiny island of Malolo, been to Australia to ring in the New Year. Some of these trips with our children, who also have the 'travel bug'. My husband & I came from very different backgrounds but found love in each other, made stronger through travel! We are very blessed.
